Thank you for taking a moment to inquire about Ruby's BBQ for your wedding reception. Over the past fifteen years we have catered many wedding buffets, and rehearsal dinners. In addition to catering the BBQ buffet, we can assist with the entire event.

On the day of your wedding, there will be a number of vendors involved in the set up, and our staff is experienced in this area. We can meet with the rental staff, the florist, the musicians, the lighting expert, the cake baker, and assist with any number of details. If you need help with bar service, we can provide TABC certified bartenders.

Typically, the buffet includes smoked brisket, sausage and chicken with side dishes of beans, potato salad, cole slaw, green salad, vegetarian jambalaya (or pasta salad) and iced tea. Other options are available.

Instead of using the plastic and paper goods that come with the buffet, we can arrange to have flatware and china rented for your special day. Our established working relationship with various purveyors insures good service.
